By accessing or purchasing from aoniaeditions.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. About Us

The Site is operated by Aonia — Contemplative Editions (“Aonia,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), based in Colombia. Our products are sold in United States Dollars (USD) and shipped internationally.

3. Products

All products sold on the Site are physical goods — printed card decks. Products are made to order (print on demand). By placing an order, you understand that your product will be produced specifically for you.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify specifications, or close editions at any time without prior notice. Images shown on the Site are representative. Minor color variations between screen and print are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute defects.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or customs duties in your country. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment details.

5. Orders

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or product unavailability. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are produced and shipped in accordance with the terms described on our Shipping & Returns page, incorporated herein by reference. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted under the conditions described on our Shipping & Returns page. All returns must be authorized by us before being sent. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including images, text, card artwork, brand names, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Aonia — Obras Contemplativas or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any content from the Site without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of Site content (e.g., sharing a card image on social media with attribution) is permitted.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site’s operation, or to transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or infringing on the rights of others.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aonia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product.
