PRODUCTION TIME
All orders are printed on demand. This means your deck doesn’t exist until you order it. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates after shipping:

These are estimates, not guarantees. International customs processing can occasionally add time. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
All international orders include a tracking number, sent by email when your order ships.

COLOMBIA
Colombia orders are fulfilled locally and ship separately. Current delivery estimates are 5–10 business days within Colombia. Contact us at support@aoniaeditions.com for the most current information.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original, unopened condition. We do not accept returns on opened decks unless the item is damaged or defective.
To initiate a return: Email support@aoniaeditions.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll respond within 48 hours with instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your deck arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will replace it at no cost. Email support@aoniaeditions.com with your order number and a photograph of the damage within 14 days of delivery.
